Meditation for practicing Intuitive Vision

Meditation and Intuitive Vision

Meditation is a journey inside ourselves, where the noise of the world fades away and silence takes its place.

It is like switching on a light in the darkness of the mind, which lets us see clearly into the most hidden corners of our soul ✨

Why meditate?

👉🏼 Tània explained to us that there are many mental screens on which we can see.
If yours is quite internal, it is closer to the mind and probably linked to it, so when you try to visualize, many more images are likely to get in the way, in the form of memories, thoughts, imaginings…

To quiet all that noise a little, meditation is your best ally 🤝

When we sit in silence, we open a door to inner peace 🚪

It is as if we were connecting with an infinite source of serenity, moving away from outer chaos to welcome inner calm 💕

The benefits of meditation

Through meditation, we learn to observe our thoughts without being their prisoners, like clouds passing across the sky of our consciousness 🌅

This practice also lets us quiet the mind and place our attention wherever we choose 😍

Without so many previously uncontrollable stimuli getting in the way, we become more and more able to connect with our inner self, to listen, to be present, and as a result the doors open for us to connect with whatever we are placing our attention on 🥰

Meditation, a technique we use to develop Intuitive Vision

🏛️ This is why, among many other reasons, at the Intuitive Vision Institute we work with techniques such as meditation, to drop down to frequencies that allow us to perceive our immediate physical surroundings through Intuitive Vision, among other abilities 🌱
